Delivery times

Please allow 8–12 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. As a small business bringing in genuinely in-stock air conditioning units during a period of nationwide shortage, our delivery times are longer than a typical next-day retailer – we'd rather be upfront about this than promise speed we can't guarantee. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delays outside our control

While we aim to meet the delivery estimate above, occasional delays can occur due to courier disruption, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We'll keep you informed if this happens.

Order cancellation due to supplier issues

Occasionally an item may become unavailable from our supplier after you've ordered. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund – see our Terms of Service for details.
