Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to give an explanation.
Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@airconme.uk to confirm your cancellation and receive a returns address. Please post the item to the address we provide.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and keeping proof of postage. Until we receive the item back – or you can otherwise provide evidence that it was correctly returned to the address we gave you – we may be unable to process your refund, and the risk of loss or damage to the item in transit remains with you.
Deduction for use beyond inspection: You're welcome to unbox and check the item as you would in a shop. This right to cancel is not a 14-day free trial – if the item shows signs of use beyond what's reasonably needed to check it works, we may deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the reduction in value.
Faulty or not-as-described items: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days, and a repair, replacement, or refund within the first 6 months (it's on us to show the fault wasn't there at purchase, not on you to prove it was). These rights apply regardless of the manufacturer's warranty.
Refunds: Once approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
