Ordering & Delivery

Is this in stock?

We source each unit from Europe once you order, rather than holding stock on a shelf. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 8–12 business days from when you order. This reflects genuinely sourcing your unit from Europe, not a next-day warehouse dispatch – we'd rather give you a real number than a fast-sounding guess.

Do I have to pay customs charges or extra fees on delivery?

No. All customs and import charges are covered by us – and reflected in the price. There are no customs or import charges payable by you when your order arrives.

The product

Does it come with a UK plug?

It's supplied with the manufacturer's original EU plug fitted, along with a certified UK conversion adapter included – not a basic travel adaptor, a proper fused conversion plug suitable for ongoing use.

How loud is it?

Up to 65dB at full power – comparable to a vacuum cleaner on a low setting. We're telling you this upfront rather than using vague words like "quiet," because it's a genuine consideration for a bedroom or office.

Does it heat as well as cool?

No – this unit cools, runs as a fan, and dehumidifies. It doesn't have a heating function.

What size room is it suited to?

According to the manufacturer's specification, up to around 16m² (roughly 172 sq ft) – a bedroom or home office rather than an open-plan living room.

Returns & warranty

What if I want to return it?

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. You're responsible for return postage and safe shipment. If the item shows signs of use beyond checking it works, we may deduct an amount reflecting the reduced value – full details in our Refund Policy.

What if it arrives faulty?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days, and a repair, replacement, or refund within the first 6 months. This is in addition to the 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
